Do you require a deposit or have a cancellation policy?

Yes. A small deposit may be required for select services, the deposit goes towards your service. We ask for 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee. This helps protect our stylists' time and ensures fairness for all guests.


How do I book an appt?

You can book directly through our online booking system, or call/text the salon during business hours. We recommend pre-booking your appointments to secure your preferred time.


What product lines do you carry?

We proudly use natural, high-performance brands including Surface, Evo, Goldie Locks, and Circadia. Our salon is committed to eco-conscious beauty and choosing products that are safe for you and the planet.


What should I expect during a headspa or a facial?

You’ll enjoy a relaxing, holistic experience focused on scalp or skin health. Services include customized products, massage, and treatments tailored to your concerns—whether detoxing, hydrating, or promoting hair growth.


Do you except new clients and how soon can I get in?

Yes! We welcome new clients. Appointment availability varies based on the service and season, but most guests can get in within 1–3 weeks. For faster openings, join our waitlist or check for cancellations through our online booking system.

Do you offer refunds?

No we do not offer refunds. You have 7 days to contact the salon if you need your hair adjusted. A higher level stylist will look over the situation and we will come to a conclusion on how to fix the situation.
