24-Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules change!

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate another guest who may be waiting for an appointment.

Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to applicable fees disclosed at booking.

Appointment Deposits

Certain services, including select specialty or extended appointments, may require a deposit to reserve your time.

Any required deposit amount and applicable conditions will be explained at booking.

Late Arrivals

We want you to enjoy every minute of your appointment!

If you're running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on your arrival time and our schedule, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment to avoid affecting our next guest.

Service Satisfaction & Adjustments

Your satisfaction means so much to us, and we take pride in the quality of our work.

All completed services are nonrefundable, except where required by law. However, if something isn't quite right, we want to hear from you!

Please reach out promptly so we can discuss your concerns and evaluate whether an adjustment is appropriate.

Our goal is always to work toward a fair resolution while maintaining the integrity and health of your hair or skin.

Hair Color & Treatment Expectations

Beautiful results begin with honest communication!

We encourage guests to share their previous color history, chemical treatments, allergies, and hair concerns during their consultation.

Some desired results may require multiple appointments, especially when transitioning from dark to light, correcting previous color, or addressing compromised hair.

We will always prioritize the health and integrity of your hair.

Facials & Headspa Experiences

For your comfort and safety, please disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, recent treatments, or product reactions before your appointment.

Certain treatments may not be appropriate for every guest. Services may be modified based on your individual needs.
