Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly require at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are subject to our posted Salon Policies and any applicable fees disclosed during booking.
Deposits
Select services may require a deposit to secure your appointment.
Any required deposit amount, payment terms, and conditions will be disclosed before booking confirmation.
Services & Results
Our services are customized to each client's individual needs, hair or skin condition, and desired results.
While we strive to provide beautiful, high-quality results, outcomes may vary depending on hair history, skin sensitivity, previous treatments, and at-home maintenance.
For safety and professional reasons, we reserve the right to modify or decline services when a treatment may not be appropriate.
Service Refunds & Adjustments
All completed salon and spa services are nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by law.
If you have a concern about your service, please contact us promptly. We welcome the opportunity to review your concerns and determine whether a reasonable adjustment is appropriate.
